Truly exceptional hip new property with very gracious and exceptional staff with great customer service. Magnificent, unbeatable location right in the center of town near tons of great spots to eat.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The Rosaleen Boutique provided a stay full of good moments. The location stands out, as it's nestled in the heart of Hue. I particularly loved that the hotel staff greeted me with a refreshing drink upon arrival, instantly making me feel welcomed. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice sitting area to relax after a long day. I also enjoyed the varied breakfast options served next door, especially their delicious pastries. There were a few hiccups that need addressing. The hot water supply was inconsistent. I often had to wait for showers, which can be frustrating after a day out. The noise from the nearby nightlife could be bothersome at times, especially if you're a light sleeper. Despite these issues, the friendly staff was nice, always checking in on my experience. It was a nice stay with a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility, but a few improvements could make it even better.
